Common questions

Do I pay commission when I buy a new launch through Joanne?

No. For new launch condos in Singapore, the developer pays the agent's commission. Buyers pay nothing extra, and the price is the same as buying directly from the showflat.

How is the fee agreed when I sell?

The fee is agreed with you upfront and written into the standard CEA estate agency agreement before any marketing starts. There are no hidden charges.

How can I check that Joanne is licensed?

Search registration number R073465F on the CEA public register at cea.gov.sg. Joanne is registered under Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, licence L3008899K.
